ABOUT US

Klute Inc., a family owned company started in 1961 as a welding and repair shop by Donald and Janice Klute. Five decades of growth, expansion, and modernization have occured since those humble beginnings. In 2008 Klute Inc. moved into their current 135,000 sq. ft. facility on 20 acres with rail siding. This site is only 2 miles from the first repair shop. Positioned for continued growth, we now feel we have the people, facilities and technology to compete in a global market.
Timeline

• 1961
  Donald and Janice Klute purchased a 30' x 40' (tarpaper shack) in dowtown Bradshaw NE
• 1965
  That shack was torn down and a new 40' x 72' building was erected.
• 1969
  A 50' x 60' addition was added to this building.
• 1974
  A 40' x 240' building and grounds were purchased near Hwy 34 to manufacture grain boxes.
• 1996
  The original site was sold and Klute Inc. constructed a new 10,000 sq. ft. facility adjacent to the 40' x 240' building
• 2008
  Klute Inc. purchased their current plant site 2 miles east of Bradshaw.
• 2009
  Klute Inc. sold the truck equipment portion of the business along with the buildings in Bradshaw to Les and JoAnn Hornung
